NOW Sports Amino Power Pre-Workout Powder features BCAAs, Beta-Alanine, L-Arginine, and more to help you stay focused and energized so you can train harder and longer. Amino Power has BCAAs to support muscle growth, retention, and recovery, and Beta-Alanine to delay muscle fatigue and promote rapid recovery from intense exercise. L-Arginine is included to enhance blood flow and nutrient delivery. With 50 mg CaFeine per scoop, this great-tasting supplement helps you maintain physical energy and focus during your workout, while supporting your body's natural recovery process.

Directions

For Pre-Workout Energy Support: Mix 1 level scoop of Amino Power in 8 to 12 oz. of water or other beverage 20-30 minutes before workout. For Post-Workout Amino Support: At least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, mix 1 level scoop of Amino Powder in 8 to 12 oz. of water or other beverage. One scoop of Amino Power has approx. 50 mg caFeine.

Other ingredients:

Natural flavors, xylitol, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate powder, malic acid, beet powder, guar gum, stevia leaf extract (rebaudioside A) and silica.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Warnings

For adults only. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. After a few weeks of supplementation with Beta-Alanine, this sensation normally lessens or subsides. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially antihypertensives, nitrates, or other heart medications), or have a medical condition (especially herpes, kidney impairment and/or glaucoma). Discontinue use if nervousness, sleeplessness or nausea occur. Keep out of reach of children. Contains xylitol, do not feed to pets.

This product has approx. 50 mg natural caFeine per scoop.
