For adults: (150 lbs or more) begin by taking 6 capsules per day with an 8 oz glass of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. After two weeks, gradually increase dosage up to six capsules three times daily. For children and adults weighing less that 150 lbs, take half the regular adult dosage.
